Note that you won’t have access to this option right from the start of the game. And that’s why it’s so important to choose the right class at the beginning, since you won’t be able to switch over to another one for a while. So simply keep playing the game and don’t worry – you’ll receive this option soon. In fact, you’ll unlock it by talking to Lennart at Tristan’s Inn in Melve. He will explain that you can change your Vocation by speaking with the owner of the Inn – Tristan himself. Once you do that, you will see that there is a speech option called “Vocation Guild”.

Choose this and you will then get the option to change your Vocation (meaning – class) to something else. Though, this isn’t free. To change your Vocation, you will need to spend Discipline. You gain Discipline by defeating enemies and completing quests. Which simply means that – the more you play, the more Discipline you will gain. Besides Vocations themselves, you can likewise use the Vocation Guild to unlock, equip, and unequip other Weapon Skills, Core Skills, and Augments. Feel free to try out other Vocations and skills. This way, you’ll get the most out of the game and make an Arisen that best suits your playstyle.
