Where to Find Mystic Carrion Heart Locations in Baldur’s Gate 3

There are two Mystic Carrion heart locations you have to find in BG3 or Baldur’s Gate 3. As we’ve said up top, you must destroy these hearts, or else the undead monster will keep getting up after you kill him. He’s a bad enough enemy to defeat once, let alone, like, three times. Both hearts are in jars, and they’re hidden really well. The first one is in the basement of the mansion Carrion lives in. You can enter it through the upper floor (sneak the entire time). Lockpick the door, then go straight to another door in front of you, at the back of the house. Unlock that door and head to your left. Move the stone wall and go down the ladder. Open the hidden hatch on the floor to get to the basement. Find the heart and destroy it.

The second of the two Mystic Carrion heart locations in Baldur’s Gate 3 or BG3 is in Thrumbo, the servant. You might have met him earlier and brought him back to his master. If you somehow haven’t, he’s hiding in a wardrobe at these coordinates: X: 57, Y: -119. Once you learn about the hearts, talk to Thrumbo and he will regurgitate it out. Pick the disgusting jar up and destroy the heart. If you accidentally killed Thrumbo, loot his corpse and you’ll get the heart that way. With the contents of both BG3 Mystic Carrion Jars destroyed, the Mystic Carrion will stay dead once defeated. Good luck in the fight!
