LeBron James Era in NBA 2K24

The NBA 2K24 LeBron James Era is an addition to the MyNBA Eras mode. Previously, you had Magic vs. Bird Era, Jordan Era, Kobe Era, and Modern Era, so that’s one more you’ll get to play. From the looks of it, you’ll take control during the time where the Big Three of Miami Heat was dominating everything. You’ll have the option to lead them to glory and recreate history, or take control of another team and take them to the top instead. Another cool thing as you go through Eras is that you get to see players age. It’s nostalgic, and it can be a lot of fun. Now, you might be wondering how to get the LeBron Era, as well as the Eras in general. Well…

Can You Get LeBron Era in Current-Gen NBA 2K24?

No, you most likely won’t get to play the LeBron era in NBA 2K24 on current-gen platforms, aka Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Yes, I did say PC. I have no idea why 2K keeps MyNBA Eras exclusive to next-gen consoles only. I mean, I’m pretty sure PCs can take the strain. And maybe things will change post launch, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. You could only play Eras on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in NBA 2K23, and there’s no reason whatsoever to assume it’s gonna change in 2K24. That’s just one more in the pro column for the new generation in the next-gen vs current-gen debate. The answer is next-gen, if you can afford it. That version is superior in every single way.
