Where to Find Archistaff in Dragon’s Dogma 2

There are two ways to obtain an Archistaff in DD2. The first is to simply buy one. You can go to Celeste’s Smithy and purchase a weapon that has the Archistaff descriptor. Of course, as these are pretty expensive, it’s probably much easier to go with the second method – to find it out in the gameworld. The questgiver – Klaus at the Vernworth Vocation Guild – suggests that you go and talk to Roderick at Roderick’s Smithy. It will turn out that there’s a missing shipment – which includes an Archistaff.

This is in the Trevo Cave, the same place where you went during the Monster Culling quest. Go there and explore until you find an Archistaff in a chest there. After that, you can take it back to Klaus in the Vernworth Vocation Guild and present it to him. Doing this will unlock the Sorcerer Vocation.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 Greatsword Location

The process of acquiring a Greatsword in DD2 is more or less the same as it is with an Archistaff. Which means that you can either buy it for a lot of gold, or find it – likewise in the Trevo Cave. Explore the entire cave and you will discover a Greatsword in a chest there. With it in your inventory, go back and speak to Klaus. Give him the Greatsword to unlock the Warrior Vocation and complete the Vocation Frustration quest.
