How to Get Out of Prison in Dragon's Dogma 2

Dragon’s Dogma 2, like its predecessor, and many other games of its kind, also features a jail system. The prison in the game is called gaol, and this is where guards are going to throw you in if you break the law in front of them. This can happen, for example, if you are caught in a restricted entry area where you’re not supposed to be. The guards will then apprehend you and you will wind up in prison. How to Get Out of Jail in Dragon’s Dogma 2

You can earn jailtime for several reasons. For example, for being somewhere where you’re not supposed to be, such as the Palace grounds. Note that you can get around this limitation by wearing the appropriate disguise, such as Marcher’s Armor and Sven’s Courtly Armor. Another reason could be that you have attacked citizens without any provocation. In any case, the guards will gang up on you, pin you to the ground, bind you, and finally haul you off to prison.

Once there, there are several methods you can use to get out. The first of these is to simply do your time. After one day, the doors are going to open and you will be able to leave. The second option is to bribe the guards. Note, however, that you are going to need to give them a lot of GP before they’re willing to let you go free. These are all the methods that we have discovered so far, though there may be more. In the first Dragon’s Dogma, you could also use a Skeleton Key to open the jail cell door, and there was also a secret tunnel that you could use to escape. If we find out any other methods to get out of prison in DD2, we are going to update this guide.
