Tears of the Kingdom Bladed Rhino Beetle Locations

The most common locations for Bladed Rhino Beetle in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom are all in Bronas Forest, which is in East Necluda. They are all over the place, but mostly seem to congregate in the south of the forest. Some pretty good spots are at 1585, -3345, 0065, at 1562 and at -3354, 0059, for example. They only come out at night and when it’s not raining. Good luck with that, considering just how much it rains in Bronas Forest. I highly recommend taking a photo of one of the beetles and then using Sensor+ to track them. Do keep in mind that they are mostly up in trees, so be ready to climb.

How to Use Bladed Rhino Beetle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Now that we know some of the best Bladed Rhino Beetle farming locations in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, let’s talk about how to use them. For the most part, I assume you’ll use them in cooking. Namely, combining it with monster parts or critter parts creates an elixir that increases your attack power. So, that’s pretty great in and off itself. However, where you’re really need Rhino Beetles is when upgrading the Barbarian Armor Set. Each piece of the set requires three Bladed Rhino Beetles (plus other stuff) to get up to level 4. So, that’s nine Beetles total if you want the most powerful version of the Barbarian Armor.
