How to Make Stamina Elixir Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

To make a Stamina Elixir in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, you will need either Restless Crickets or Energetic Rhino Beetles. The Crickets are easier to get from the very start of the game. Go into the meadows south of Lookout Landing in Central Hyrule and just start hacking at the grass. Every tuft you cut down may or may not contain a cricket. The same is true for pretty much every meadow you come across in the game. Since they’re a dime a dozen, elixirs brewed with the Restless Crickets do not restore as much stamina. Energetic Rhino Beetles, we’ll have a separate guide on them, but you can farm them in Bronas Forest and Great Sky Island. They make for more potent elixirs.

So, to make a Stamina Elixir in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom or TOTK, go to the nearest cooking station and drop at least one Energetic Rhino Beetle or Restless Cricket. Add a few monster parts or critter parts to the mix if you want to, and you will get a potion that restores stamina. The more crickets or beetles you use, the more stamina the elixir will give back. Mind you, these drinks don’t grant extra stamina. For that, you need to make Enduring recipes, which require Endura Carrots and/or Endura Shrooms. That said, having an elixir that simply restores stamina can be extremely useful if you’re trying to pull off something very taxing.
