Cyberpunk Gimme Danger can’t interact with Takemura bug is a glitch that can happen during the main mission, and it makes Takemura spawn in the wrong location, so you can’t interact with him. This is a pretty big problem, because the CP2077 Gimme Danger mission is a part of the main story, so the Takemura bug effectively locks you out of the rest of the game. Gimme Danger Cyberpunk Bugged – Can’t Interact with Takemura

Can’t interact with Takemura in Gimme Danger Cyberpunk quest has a workaround, and it’s relatively simple. Instead of going where Takemura spawns as a glitch, you actually have to go to where he’s supposed to be. As it turns out, his actual spawn point is in Redwood Market, in Japantown. There are two cops leaning on the railing, and Takemura should be standing in front of them for Gimme Danger to kick off. If you’re coming via fast travel, head forward and to the left to find the cops. If you’re coming by elevator from ground level, head left as soon as you exit said elevator.

Stand in front of the two cops for a little bit. Then, go to the fast travel point and go back to where the bugged Takemura is standing. As you approach him, if you’ve done everything correctly, he’ll vanish into thin air. This is the sign that the Takemura bug solution in the Cyberpunk Gimme Danger mission has worked. Double back to Redwood Market and the two cops. Takemura should now be right there, and you can proceed to talk with him and start the quest properly.

This workaround should work just fine when it comes to the Cyberpunk Gimme Danger can’t interact with Takemura bug. If it doesn’t work, you can try loading in an older save, or restarting the game, but that’s no guaranteed fix. Hopefully, one of the future patches is going to get rid of this issue.
